Estudio 2 - Casa del Patio

Our Casas are Self Check-in accommodations, designed to give you full autonomy and flexibility during your stay. With this service, you can access the apartment with complete ease: two days before your arrival we will send you all the detailed instructions for both Self Check-in and Self Check-out.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly remind you of a few house rules:

smoking is not allowed;

pets are not permitted;

parties or events are not allowed;

quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.;

the minimum age for check-in at Casa del Patio is 25.

Check-in and Check-out times:

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. onwards

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

When confirming your booking, we kindly ask for:

full payment for stays up to €200.00;

a deposit of 30% for stays over €200.00, with a minimum of €200.00.

If the payment is not completed, unfortunately we won’t be able to secure your reservation.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival, and we’ll refund you the full amount paid.

Two weeks before your stay, the remaining balance will be charged, so everything will be ready to welcome you and let you enjoy a truly worry-free arrival.
